Urban Expansion & LULC Change Analysis of Ahmedabad City (2000–2024)
An independent GIS spatial data engineering and remote sensing and satellite data analysis research report analyzing 24 years of urban transformation and spatial sprawl in Ahmedabad. Performed multi-temporal LULC supervised classification across five epochs using ArcGIS Pro and ArcPy automation and QGIS spatial analysis, quantifying a ~60.9% built-up expansion through transition matrices, alongside Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and topographic slope modeling.
