Background & Focus
I am Husain Trivedi, a geospatial developer and DevOps builder based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Pune, Maharashtra. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA, CGPA 7.63, Cloud & DevOps) from GLS University, with specialized geoinformatics training from Khagolam Institute of Geoinformatics and Harita Hive. I work across GIS analysis, remote sensing, spatial Python, and DevOps infrastructure, and have built projects including the UrbanPulse 24-year Ahmedabad urban expansion study, LocalIt, and makeportfolios.com.
I completed my 3-year Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) at GLS University (Ahmedabad), specializing in Cloud Computing & DevOps with a cumulative CGPA of 7.63.
To bridge software engineering with spatial data science, I pursued the offline Advanced Diploma in Geoinformatics at the Khagolam Institute of Geoinformatics (KIG), covering GIS fundamentals, surveying, remote sensing, photogrammetry, and spatial databases. In parallel, I trained in the 7-month online Geospatial Technology Unlocked program by Harita Hive, spanning spatial programming, databases, Web GIS, and GeoAI.

End-to-end vector and raster data processing using QGIS and ArcGIS Pro. Cadastral georeferencing, topological cleanups, watershed delineation from DEMs, buffer analysis, and Multi-Criteria Evaluation (MCE) suitability mapping.
Remote Sensing & Earth Observation
Multi-temporal Land Use Land Cover (LULC) classification using Landsat (5, 8) and Sentinel-2 imagery. Spectral index extraction (NDVI, NDWI, NDBI), change detection transition matrices, and time-series raster processing in Google Earth Engine (GEE).
Geospatial Python & Automation
Developing reproducible spatial computing scripts and data pipelines using Python with GeoPandas, ArcPy, Shapely, Rasterio, and NumPy to automate batch geoprocessing and file conversions.
Web GIS & Spatial Databases
Publishing OGC map services (WMS/WFS) via GeoServer, structuring spatial SQL queries in PostgreSQL / PostGIS, and building interactive web mapping frontends using Leaflet, Mapbox GL JS, and REST APIs.
LiDAR & Photogrammetry
Processing airborne and drone LiDAR point clouds (LAS/LAZ), classifying ground/vegetation returns, generating Digital Surface Models (DSM) and Canopy Height Models (CHM), and drone photogrammetric bundle adjustments in Pix4D.
CAD Integration & Cloud Infrastructure
Converting engineering drawings between AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS coordinate systems. Deploying workloads on AWS, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines from my DevOps internship experience.
